Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Trade Summit is operated by Inglish Investments LLC. By accessing or using Trade Summit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Trade Summit is a trade journaling and analytics tool designed for prop firm traders. It is a software tool for record-keeping and self-analysis. Trade Summit is not a financial advisor, broker, or dealer. We do not provide financial advice, execute trades, or manage funds on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Trade Summit offers a Free plan with limited features (up to 500 trades and 1 trading account) and a Pro plan at $19/month with unlimited trades, unlimited accounts, and advanced analytics. Plan features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the service

7. Intellectual Property

Trade Summit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Inglish Investments LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any trade data you enter into the service.

8. Service Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level agreement. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Trade Summit is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial decisions made based on data displayed in the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will have a 30-day window to export your data before it is permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
