Trade Summit and its operators are not registered investment advisors, financial advisors, or broker-dealers. The information displayed in Trade Summit, including analytics, metrics, and trade summaries, is for informational and record-keeping purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice.

Trade Summit is a software tool for personal trade record-keeping and analysis. We do not execute trades, hold funds, provide margin, or act as an intermediary between you and any market or broker.

5. P&L Tracking is Informational
The profit and loss figures displayed in Trade Summit are based on data you manually enter or import via CSV. These figures may not match your actual broker or prop firm records due to differences in commission calculations, data entry errors, or timing discrepancies. Always verify with your broker's official statements.
6. Risk of Trading
Trading futures, forex, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You can lose more than your initial investment. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose. Consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before trading.
7. User Responsibility
All trading decisions are your own. You are solely responsible for your risk management, position sizing, and adherence to your prop firm's rules. Trade Summit provides tools to help you track these metrics, but the responsibility for acting on them is yours alone.
8. Data Accuracy
Trade Summit does not verify trade data against broker records. The accuracy of your journal depends on the accuracy of the data you enter. We are not responsible for discrepancies between your Trade Summit records and your actual trading account.
9. Third-Party Prop Firms
Trade Summit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any proprietary trading firm, including but not limited to FTMO, Apex Trader Funding, TopStep, My Funded Futures, or any other evaluation or funded account program. All prop firm names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
